What is the offer?

For Accelerators that Okto partners with, we will provide enhanced incentives for their projects to work with us. This means a maximum grant cap of 2.5 million Okto points per project. Unlocks will happen in increments as mentioned below:
Integration Live using Okto - 10% of grant cap unlocked
500 MAW - 20% of grant cap unlocked
1k MAW - 30% of grant cap unlocked
5k MAW - 40% of grant cap unlocked
10k MAW - 55% of grant cap unlocked
25k MAW - 70% of grant cap unlocked
50k MAW - 85% of grant cap unlocked
100k MAW - 100% of grant cap unlocked

Why Should One Avail the Offer?

Payout scenarios:
Pre TGE - If the project has onboarded 1k MAWs pre TGE they will get 30% of 2.5 million = 750k Okto Points. These will be converted to Okto tokens and no vesting at TGE.
Post TGE - If the projects onboard 1k MAWs pre TGE, and 10k MAWs post TGE
For the 1k MAWs pre TGE they will get 30% of 2.5 million = 750k Okto Points which will be converted to Okto tokens at TGE with no vesting.
For the next 10k MAWs they will get 35% of 2.5 million = 875k Okto points, which will be converted to Okto tokens and be available to them with a 6 month accelerated vesting period.

Conditions for all Grants awardees
Okto wallet to be used as the exclusive embedded wallet for a period of at least 1 year.
Okto wallet to be provided for free use to all projects for the first 6 months.
